I can't recommend Erwin highly enough. I came to him dealing with persistent forearm/elbow pain from my manual job, it was starting to affect my performance would end up coming home in pain. From the very first session, it was clear he really understands the body and how to get to the root of an issue. Erwin took the time to assess my movement patterns, pinpoint the cause of the strain, and walk me through targeted exercises and adjustments that made an immediate difference. After working with him, my forearm pain is completely gone, and I feel stronger and more aware of how I move throughout the day.
