Erwin Chia — The Person Behind Every Session
Certified Assisted Stretching Therapist · MSc Candidate
Erwin Chia is a certified assisted stretching therapist and the founder of YYC Mobility Care, backed by over a decade of hands-on experience in hospital, public-sector, and private clinic settings as a rehabilitation assistant. That depth of experience shapes every session: attentive, personal, and entirely focused on you.
He is currently completing his Master's in Manual Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences — deepening his understanding of the body's connective tissue, movement patterns, and how hands-on work can support lasting comfort and mobility.
YYC Mobility Care is a mobile service — Erwin comes directly to your home anywhere in Calgary for mobile assisted stretching and mobile stretch therapy, and also sees clients in person at the Okotoks studio inside Foothills Gymstars.
Whether you're dealing with stubborn stiffness, post-workout soreness, or just need help unwinding the tension that builds up from desk work and Calgary winters — Erwin's approach blends assisted stretching, PNF stretching, and techniques inspired by fascial stretch therapy traditions to support better movement, comfort, and recovery.

Every session is built around you — your body, your goals, your comfort level. There's no one-size-fits-all protocol. Erwin adapts each session based on how you're feeling that day, what areas need attention, and how your body responds to the work.

YYC Mobility Care is a wellness service. It is not a medical, physiotherapy, or rehabilitation service, and Erwin does not diagnose or treat any condition. Clients with medical concerns are always encouraged to consult their licensed healthcare provider.
